In response to bstep13, yes that is correct. The President of the United States does not carry valid clearance not only to enter Area 51, but is now no longer even given any information concerning any alien contact or agenda. The most recent one to make such an attempt was former Pres. Bill Clinton, who attempted to gather info via the CIA. He was told that though he he had proper security clearance, he was not on a "need to know" basis.
