haha....True. I forgot about Kool G Rap and DJ Polo. That is straight old school. But I do hear Chuck D's "BASS!" still being remixed on a lot of tracks. Dang, I miss all that old shit. Big Daddy Kane, Audio Two, KRS-1, EPMD, even ICE-T. Some funny shit is when you put it on for the lil "thugs" and they dont even know who these cats are. Maybe someday lyrical skills will be the rule to REAL rap again. Until then, Ill keep bustin out the old shit like De La, and Tribe.Peace Supernova!

Str8 Actual Nicestyle, this is one of my all-time favs and one of the greatest songs of all-time period. Rakim's style broke grounds during that era and the production by Eric B. is jus too Nice. This joint is a cut of pure, uncut raw Hip-Hop at its finest. And the message is simple: Get right and get yours.

What I like is that when he rapped he rapped hard and did not have to curse on his lyrics...Hard yet smooth for all audiences
