The majority of the pilots in that vid are bots. It's sad, but years and thousands of drops have let me remember exactly how a bot fights.

If they were going to make a great mech game it would have to include lasers. The whole idea of mechs is based in the 30th century so your idea of realistic is based upon your knowledge of current weaponry and not what the future will hold and lasers, particle projectile cannons etc. are all part of the Mechwarrior saga. Leaving them out would be ridding the series of a key organ.

heh. vulture. why not? its an awesome barrage mech. also known as MAD DOG. i personally like the mad dcat / timber wolf better. hate em when they have jumpers though... near impossible to hit....

the cool mech at 1:02 is called a artic wolf u can only get it in mechwarrior4 by installing the clan mech pak

It's on the Mechwarrior 4: Mercenaries soundtrack. I've heard it plenty of times in the campaign. I think you can just rip it from the game as an MP3 file. |
